Try uninstalling the DVD player that started the issue and then use the System Restore utility to restore your system to a restore point dated before the newer DVD player was installed and see if that helps.

Ok, I did everything you said. I uninstalled the other DVD program. Then I uninstalled DME and reinstalled it. But now when I open it, the only options it has are Music, Pictures, and Video!! DVD IS GONE!!! So basically now I can't play DVD's at all!! Please help!

If this does not work you may want to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Dell Media Experience software and see if that helps.
