What is the exact address your using?

Using the DME destop icon to get to Extra's  takes me to http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/Extras/updates_index.jsp.   When I elect to download the patch, the path becomes PCM2_DMX_Patch_v1014(new) downloaded from download.gocyberlink.com.

I have a cable internet connection that works fine.  The file is 6.9 mb and should take no more than 3-4 minutes.  Instead I've left it on for an hour and only gotten 1/2 the file or less several times.  I started trying on Saturday.  Tried again Sunday.  and today (Monday) it's the same thing.

We just downloaded it just fine. Might have been a server problem at their site, suggest you give it a go again.

Yup.  Works fine now.  Thanks!  Was frustrating trying for 3 days straight.  Must have been their server, but reflects badly on Dell.
