Download issue from Digital Locker, #2

I have suffered the most frustrating experience with Dell Digital Locker and especially the incompetent customer service for over two months now. I have found it impossible to find anyone who can even attempt to understand the problem much less resolve it. It is really quite simple, I needed to update the expiration date on my credit card in the digital locker for my upcoming renewal of Office 365. After multiple attempts on line with a failure error every time I tried to authorize I called customer service. Long story short I have talked to at least 10 different people in customer service, had multiple transfers back to the automated system, finally had one tell me I had to buy the product rather than renew it which I did.  Now I have the expiration notice, I cannot activate the product I bought because Microsoft says I already have a subscription. I have done business for over 25 years with Dell, but now I am done with them.
