e-mail restore
Hello,
I just replaced my PC and switched from XP to W7. Now, I'd like to retrieve my mails and I strive a lot without result. On XP, I used outlook express and I made a backup with Outlook Express Backup Genie (file with .ebk extension).
But now, on W7, when I try to restore my mails, outlook express backup genie doesn't work. Maybe because there is no more outlook express on W7.
Does anybody know how to retrieve e-mails from XP outlook express to W7 ? I would be grateful for help or advice.

That backup program probably will not work with win 7. Maybe this will help: windows.microsoft.com/.../email Windows Live Mail is the new email program. You should try another free email program like Gmail, Thunderbird. You might like one of those better.

outlook express fix corrupted by viruses, malware, hard drive errors, power failures, etc. Utility supports restoring .dbx files up to 4GB. Software doesn't change original corrupted .dbx file during restoration, it creates a copy. It is compatible with Windows 98 and higher.
