I am getting the same C++ Runtime error as the previous poster from the UK, although I am in the US. This occurs when attempting to play a DVD using Dell Media Experience. DMX has worked for years on my computer, but only recently have I been getting this error. Can you please suggest steps to correct the problem for me here in the USA?

I've just realised this is for the US, and I am in the UK, does this make any difference.
Also the error message has DMX.exe at the end if this is significant.

You need to reinstall the DMX software. If you didn't get the CD from Dell, support should send you the CD.
