Question

Dell Media Experience is factory pre-installed if you lose it or it becomes corrupt, Dell will not replace it or send you a re-install disk in the UK! I have tried every since I bought my Dimension 2400 in January to get my corrupt factory installed Dell Media Experience fixed. The Technical Help Line is totally useless you will get help from a person in a third world country (India) whom cannot speak fluent English. Dell have no Technical Help Lines in the UK! All calls get diverted to an Indian call centre, where staff work from computerised manuals. I have tried 9 times to get DMX fixed or a CD sent to me, Dell admit they will not re-issue any CD for DMX! It comes factory installed, and remains in the factory! Chris M I am afraid to tell you that all the information given on this site by yourself is totally useless to customers in the UK. We are not welcomed to by Dell UK in receiving any Technical Help relating to DMX! The CD order numbers given by you is also not reconised by Dell UK!

Big thanks to Chris, he's the man! I have my Tools CD with DMX so now everything is hunky dory.....Chris you deserve a promotion mate!
