Install asks for 2000 SR-1 disk (data1.msi);not available

Running Win98SE and Office 2000 Professional.  Tried to update Office with SR2 and SR3.  System wants disk for SR-1 and appropriate data1.msi to install SR-1.  However, SR-1 won't install and says it is already installed.  Can't proceed until request for SR-1 disk is satisfied.  Any suggestions?

I had a problem like this recently. I tried every disk I had, including all those updates. It worked when I finally inserted the original Office CD. Give it a shot.
