installing DME

I had to reinstall windows xp.  When I went to re install DME I could not find the cd.  I have searched the board and from what I can tell I was suppose to receive a tools cd.  I never received a tools cd.  I have the resource cd and windows xp but nothing that says tools cd. How can I obtain one?

Well, I did as you suggested and I was advised that I only had 30 days to report a missing cd and if I want the cd then I have to order it and pay for it.  I don't understand.  How was I suppose to know that I never received the cd.  I kept all the paper work that was received in the box and nothing mentions a tool cd.
