Internet Explorer Script Error with DS3
Since using DS3, I consistently receive Internet Explorer Script Errors (An error has occurred in the script on this page). I am running Internet Explorer 6.x, Firefox 1.5, Windows XP SP2 and have no problems browsing the Internet.
As such, I am unable to utilize the support tool as designed. When I launch the tool for checks, I receive a "Syntax Error" at Line 2 in the url:file://C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GTek\GTUpdate\AUpdate\Channels\ch1\HTML\html\index.htm.
Upon clicking yes for script continuation, I receive a second window indicating that the error is now 'sClassId' is undefined at line 1303 in the url:file://C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GTek\GTUpdate\AUpdate\Channels\ch1\HTML\html\index.htm.
Any help/thoughts?
