"jCarousel: No width/height set for items. This will cause an infinite loop. Aborting..."

I receive this message sometimes when on IE 8. Not sure what this is but I searched my Registry and had no hits. Its not listed as ad Add-on. Malware scans yield nothing of note. I do not have this product on my PC (I looked at the installed programs).

There are several hits on Google/Bing but most of it is directed at folks who have installed this product. I can't seem to get my hands around it.
