Leaky memory problem on Precision 470

I have a precision 470 with firmware A07, 3GB of RAM, dual Xeon 3.2ghz, etc. I have SBS 2003 Server running and find that the Page File grows to 2.90GB while the available memory stays to about 2.3GB. When this happens I get an message from Windows that the server has almost run out of  Virtual Memory, and that I need to adjust the size of it. Default it's 2046/4096. If I reboot the system the issue goes away for another 24 to 48 hours.

 

Any idea's what I can do?
