orclbda,

There should be a sticker on the packaging of the CDs for Office which contains the 25-character Prodcut ID.

Denny: Thanks for the sponse, but I don't even have the Office Basic CD. I know the COA and license should be in the same pack but there wasn't a Micrsoft software pack CD in with the Drivers and Utilities CD. There's not CD's to re-install either the XP Home or Office packages.

Any help on how I can get the CD (and license) for Office? I can re-install, not difficult but I can do it.

Thanks, Terry

If it's within 30 days from invoice/ship date, Dell will ship you replacements.  First, go back and look in your box.  There should be Office CDs AND Windows.

If it's outside 30 days, time to go shopping.
