It is a document, called a form document for WordPerfect merging. In Wordperfect I had numerous documents which I used for
all my clients. I was able to set up the data source (client info.) to merge into the proper space within the document (ie. file name, file number). The data source was set up using merge codes (ie. endfield, endrecord). PLEASE HELP. Thank you.
Do you still have the data source in WordPerfect format?
You will have to use the merge feature of Word to fill in the fields. It isn't too difficult, as it is wizard driven. I seem to remember a converter for the WordPerfect data, allowing you to use it in Word. Let me know if you have the original, then I'll give you some ideas.

More information is needed to help you. What is on the form? Is it a document, or a VBA form? How did you insert the data in WordPerfect?
