Microsoft Office Disappearing Icons
I am experiencing an issue with MS Office 2019, (Win10) on my XPS 8930. Don’t believe its related to the XPS 8930, but not sure. Periodically, the menu icons in both Outlook and Word disappear. When this happens, occasionally moving the mouse cursor over the affected area cures the issue, but typically, when they disappear, they are gone. Recovery seems to be only if I exit the application and re-launch. I believe that when this happens, the underlying action can still be activated. In Outlook, another related issue is the folder pane entries disappear. When this happens in Word, Outlook can still be unaffected. Same for the opposite. I don’t use Excel often enough to verify it happening in Excel. I have already worked with Office technical support and they assisted in repairing Office. This did not correct the issue. (it just created a hassle in having to reactivate my Office; more phone calls).
Hoping that someone has seen this issue as well and can offer suggestions to correct. Thanks
