Microsoft Outlook Contacts
In December 2015 I purchased a Dell Optiplex 3020 desktop computer. From the outset my Outlook Contacts did not sync with I pad nor Iphone. My knowledgeable computer mechanic -Dell registered - then somehow setup Apple Icloud, linking a new Icloud Outlook on the computer which now syncs with my 2 devices. My problem is I need the Icloud Outlook/apple Icloud contacts to update Outlook contacts and vice versa.
Can you assist bearing in mind that my computer knowledge is limited.

I must apologise for the delay in replying but I waited for the Windows 10 download hoping that it would fix my problem.
Tried what you recommended to no avail.
What is NOT happening is that the 2 folders in Microsoft Outlook, i) contacts and ii) icloud contacts are not talking to each other – they are not synced.
That is what I need help with.
I also have the latest apple download with regards to windows
Can you assist?
