Uninstall it and do a full reinstall with the disk you have.

You could try using the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility, free here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301
When prompted, point the utility at SBE.

This does not remove any software from your system. It only kills the installer's desire to install SBE. If that doesn't solve the problem, then remove Office and reinstall with your CDs.
