Missing or corrupt file: system32\drivers\isapnp.sys

Question

When the power cord to my Dell Inspiron 1526 got pulled off accidentally and the computer got turned off, the system came up with an error message saying: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: system32\drivers\isapnp.sys. Where can I find this file for downloading?
