Are you facing this problem, after you tried to uninstall Sonic??

I am having the same problem for months now I have tried everything to fix this but nothing has helped. It is very aggravating.

I am getting the same problem as the person stated above the Sonic Activation module pops up and yes it started happening after I tried to uninstall Sonic. Can you please help me? Thank you so much I would really appreciate it.
