MS office message "Please wait while Windows configures ........How to avoid it?

I have bought recently an Inspiron 6400 with Windows Media Center Service Pack 2 and I have set up four accounts all with admnistrator privileges. On the account with my name I have installed Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (English edition)and Win Project professional 2003. All works fine from my account, but from the other accounts, the system always displays "Please wait while Windows configures etc etc .." and the then program works normally.
What can I do to avoid this message?
Thanks in advance
Giampaolo

It is normal for that message to display the first time the other users access their accounts (to set up the user specific stuff), but I get the impression from your post it is comming up EVERY time they logon?  That I have not seen before.

Yes , the message comes any time I start the applications. I'll try the cleanup utility. Is it risky or not?
Thanks

Everything from Microsoft is risky. ;)

Read and follow the instructions at the link I provided in previous post.

Following your suggestions, I ran the clean utility, unistalled Office and installed it again, but the problem was not resolved.  I tried also with the Office Student edition of my son and again the same problem. The same Office student edition installed (just to make a try) on other DELL family two lap tops (with WXP SP2 Home edition) did not give any problem.
Eventually I reinstalled the operating system (Windows Media center) and immediately after the Office Student edition and the problem appeared again . May it be due to Windows Media Center?
Thanks in adavnce
