It is normal for that message to display the first time the other users access their accounts (to set up the user specific stuff), but I get the impression from your post it is comming up EVERY time they logon?  That I have not seen before.

Yes , the message comes any time I start the applications. I'll try the cleanup utility. Is it risky or not?
Thanks

Everything from Microsoft is risky. ;)

Read and follow the instructions at the link I provided in previous post.

Following your suggestions, I ran the clean utility, unistalled Office and installed it again, but the problem was not resolved.  I tried also with the Office Student edition of my son and again the same problem. The same Office student edition installed (just to make a try) on other DELL family two lap tops (with WXP SP2 Home edition) did not give any problem.
Eventually I reinstalled the operating system (Windows Media center) and immediately after the Office Student edition and the problem appeared again . May it be due to Windows Media Center?
Thanks in adavnce
