No, the code for MS Office would be on the Office disk package itself.  Any code on the computer would be for the Operating System possibly, but not programs.

ty man for responding but when I got my computer the ms software said that the vaidation code would be on the computer, I have checked the disk and I can not find a code on it.

The code would be on the packaging the disk came in, on the back side.  I'm looking right now at a MS Office 2007 CD package, with the product key on the back side of the disk package.  The front side states "Do Not Discard The CD's Or This CD Case".
