Not a Valid Win32 application (the path chosen is invalid)

These are the 2 errors that I am seeing why trying to use existing applications such as Dell Support Center, Microsoft Office etc.  This just started a couple of weeks ago.  I had other issues with other apps but this is the last issue remaining. I'm even getting these when trying to uninstall.  Some apps look like they have reinstalled successfully but I get this error message just as the reinstall is about to be complete.
