Ok, now what happens when there are only certain emails from a specific person we don't want to receive and then certain emails from that same person that we do want. Is this something we could accomplish without mistakingly replying to the same person every time he sends us email?
This wasn't mentioned in your original post and would take more insight to accomplish. You would have to determine what, if any, information can be flagged. I don't know if this is possible.

You should be able to create a rule to accomplish this by using "where specific words in sender's address" and "reply using a specific template"
