Outlook 2003 can't find dll files
When I start a new e-mail message in Outlook Professional 2003 under Vista two error messages appear. First "This application has failed to start because FXSAPI.dll was not found." Then "The add-in 'fxsext32.dll' could not be installed or loaded." Both dll files are in C:\Users\ \AppData\Local\ApplicationHistory. Reinstalling Outlook does not help, nor does running Detect and Repair. I believe these errors are related to a malfunction that I will address separately.
(This is the first message I have posted under this version of the Dell Community Forum. Did I post it in the right place? Please help me get used to this new system.)

Remove the Fax Extension from Outlook's addins. Vista Home Premium and Basic do not have a fax utility. To remove the addin, open Outlook, select Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, Addin Manager and uncheck anything related to fax. You can use a third party fax utility, but to stop the error messages, remove the addon.

Many thanks, Mary G. Your solution works fine!
Now, is there a way for me to mark my post as solved? I can't find any instructions on the site.

I guess I found the solution in the Verify Answer link.
