outlook crashes

Question

outlook 2002 updated crashes when i delete a message. it sends an error report to MS I did a repair,no help. can someone help? thank you

Thank you for responding: I scaned: archive.pst outlook.pst outlookbu.pst all say OK Any other ideas?

Close all Outlook sessions and check your Outlook.PST file (and any other PST files you may have) for errors using Inbox Repair Tool.  You can find the utility on your hard drive at this location:   C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MAPI\1033\SCANPST.EXE
