outlook launch error msg - procedure entry point missing
When trying to launch MS Outlook 2002 I receive a msg "The Procedure entry point _Get IUMS @ 4 could not be located in the dynamic link library MS Dart.dll."
The program also takes 30 sec to a minute to load. When loaded, it fails to send/receive. I believe I corrupted a file when I loaded some security software.
Should I try to reinstall to clean all of this up? If yes, can I reinstall that component of Office only, and not the entire office suite? Thank you!
