pci and multimedia controller
This is the code and answer I get for both the pci input device and the multimedia controller. code 1 this device is not configured correctly. They both have yellow flags. What can I do?

What model PC? What Operating System? We can't give you specific advice about your system without it.
In general, this sounds like the PC was reinstalled but the motherboard chipset drivers were skipped, and thus the Dell sound drivers cannot be installed. The chipset drivers MUST be installed BEFORE installing device drivers.
On a reinstall the correct and required install sequence is (1) Install Windows (2) Install Dell Desktop or Laptop System Software on appicable models (3) Install motherboard chipset drivers (4) Install device drivers including Video, Dell sound driver, Ethernet, etc.
If this was not a reinstall issue, post back with more info including needed Model/OS.

I checked system in formation and neither one has a driver. I've looked all over the internet to find the drivers but I've had no luck. Is it possible to download the drivers from the internet?

There is a Dell Intel motherboard chipset driver listed in the Dell downloads
Chipset Driver
Also the sound driver.
Integrated Audio driver
Download each driver individually (click on the Blue Download Now button for each download, DO NOT use the Dell download manager).
Install the chipset driver, following the Dell install instructions, then restart the PC and install the Dell SoundMax driver according to the Dell instructions.
That SHOULD take care of your problems,.
