Have you tried telephoning tech support, or using the 'Live Chat' support option?
If you're not satisfied with any help you get through those, you can always try getting the problem escalated using the 'Unresolved Issues' link the the very bottom centre of this page.
Unfortunately I cannot contact the tech support through phone...I bought the unit in Singapore and I am now in the Philippines so I cannot get in touch with them easily. With regards to the Live Chat support option, I was trying this everyday for the last 2 months and I always get the message that all customer service personnel are busy. I tried contacting them through mail but they don't reply. I am afraid that I got cheated with the unit I bought even though I bought it from an authorized Dell reseller.
Perhaps the Dell reseller has re-sold the computer, to you? Were you the first buyer of this unit or could it have been sold, returned and resold? Just wondering . . .
Actually that is what I was suspecting the first time. I contacted sales support and they told me that I was the first owner of the unit. When I raised the McAfee issue to them, they told me to contact technical support (from which I don't get any reply now for 2 months). It is actually very depressing.

Then as I've suggested above, you'll need to try the 'Unresolved Issues' link?
