You mentioned "this never happened before." Are you using the same data from Excel and the same label type from Word? Or is this a new data merge?

Do the labels print correctly? I'm wondering if this is only with print preview.

When I print a get a blank page. It's like I never entered information on the label.

I have a data base of current and prospective customers that I send out letters, invitations and product updates. From time to time I will select specific customers or prospects to send information to. So in essence I'm filtering the data to reach only those people I want to contact. I pull the information from the same base of customers but filter differently each time. I've never had this problem in the past but I don't do this type of mailing but 3 or 4 times a year. My knowledge of working with filters is somewhat limited. I figure I'm missing something or overlooking something very basic.

 

What version of Word are you using?

I use microsoft office 2003.
