Problems Reinstalling Microsoft Outlook

I accidentally deleted Microsoft Outlook 2002. I tried several times to reinstall(after first uninstalling it) it using the disk provided by my Dell Axim. When I tried to open Outlook I get this message:

".DLL file for information services could not be fouond MAPI was unable to load information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

 

I don't see how my installation disk could be corrupted as I have only used it when I received my Dell Axim.

Can anyone help me?

I have outlook express which works fine; I can get on the internet OK.  I really need this fixed so I can get to my calender and my e-mails on that are now orphaned on my Axim!
