Problems with Microsoft Office Activation in Dell Inspiron

Hi!

It's been 5 years since I bought my Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series. It included a Microsoft License within the software. This week I saw my usual account seemed not to be linked to a Microsoft subscription. I´ve tried to access the Microsoft apps and It says that I no longer have any activated subscription. Could you guide me on how to activate them again?
