Reinstalling Microsoft Work Suite

I had to uninstall it now I have all of the cds to reinstall it but it is asking for the 25 character key code from the yellow sticker on the case which I have never had. All of the cds came in white paper folders. Help

thenewdentalasst,

Thank you for visiting the Dell Community Forum.

The Certificate of Authenticity code should be on a sticker on the side of your system case (usually with a bar code label and near your service tag number and express service code number).

What version of Works Suite do you have?

I also tried using the code on the side of my Dell, but it did not work either. I really need my WorksSuite back but can not get it installed.

The key code on the tower is usually for the Windows application. Depending on the version, the Word in Works Suite 25-digit key code could be located on the CD case, other documentation or CD packaging included with your system, even a small booklet titled, Discovering Microsoft Word. Review the question, What are my options if I have damaged software cds or a lost product key? in this post.
