The Product ID should be on the packaging of the suite's CDs. If not, in the event that application predates product activation (and I don't know whether it did or not) you can get a generic Product ID from Dell tech support after you confirm ownership of the software. If product activation is a part of the suite and you cannot find the Product ID you will have to purchase a new copy.
