Replacing Office XP Small Business?

I damaged my Office XP Small Business CD; I still have the case, and the code.  Is there a way I can replace the disc?

Microsoft indicated one should call the hardware manufacturer or system builder, i.e., Dell, in this case.  Does Dell have a contact method for this purpose?
