Request for Dell Media Experience...

Question

Could I get a copy of the Dell Media Experience 3.0 or whatever latest version is currently out there. I don't seem to have a copy of the CD.  Is there a CD as well for Cyberlink? The only thing I received was the following:   1. OS 2. Resource CD 3. Wordperfect Suite     Oops, didn't mean to put this on top of the list. By the way, does Dell ship the Operating System CD now?  What happen if my system crashes and I can't boot from Windows to use the system restore?  What happen if I also forget to create the Dell PC Restore CD?  Thanks for the help!

I only received the following CDs:

1. Sonic MyDVD 5.3 LE and RecordNow 7.3 LE Software CD

2. WordPerfect Productivity CD

I am missing the following software CDs

1. Paint Shot Photo Album 5.1

2. CyberLink PowerDVD 5.3.1012

3. Quickbooks 2005 Special SimpleStart Edition

4. Dell Media Experience 3.0

The service tag for my laptop is 9WCHL71.

Wierd I was charged for requesting these CDs. I thought it was just forgotten to be packed with the laptop?  Please confirm?

Isn't Dell supposed to ship those software with the laptop?  At least they should let people download the software when the computer is at a total failure.....

That was the wierd part, it was supposed to be part of dell prepackaged, however, they charged me for requesting it. I will have to talk to them in the interim.
