Restoring files with DataSafe Local Backup

Hi all,

I've tried to backup all my documents files using Dell Datasafe Local Backup, before restoring my computer. The backup completed succesfully but no application file was created among the the *.DSB files which consist of all the backuped data. So, the situation is - I've got the *.DSB files but can't restore them. Trying to upgrade 'DataSafe Local Backup" didn't help, still I can't restore the files. Does anyone have any suggestion regarding this issue?
