Roxio Creator DE Vista Startup Issue
Over the weekend while attempting to use Roxio Creator DE that came with my computer, I recieved the
"The Product Trial has expired Message"
Ok, -- never happened on any other version before
No problem, I uninstall, and I made sure I used a cleaner for Roxio because I know junk usually gets left behind. Everything went fine and I reinstalled. In order to install I was "required" to elevate privs
The install went fine, i rebooted and now I have two issues:
1) When i double click, it does nothing -- that is because I "Must" run the software as Administrator -- how annoying. This did not happen before so i am sure I need to tweak some properties
2) I absolutely know there are updates to Roxio Creator DE because my computer at work which also has Creator DE installed gets updates all the time but I don't seem to see an update manager for the updates to the software
If anyone can help with Issue #1, I would love it! Issue #2 I can live without
Thanks!

So, it looks like neither Dell nor Roxio support their products considering I have recieved no response in either the Dell nor Roxio forums.
The issue is that the CD that came with my computer did not have a signed version of Roxio_Central33.exe but Dell is the one that supplied the CD.
I guess this is the great customer service you get from both companies....they both ship out a product that neither supports!
