SAVING A DATA BASE ON CD

Can someone tell me how to save a database from Access on a CD where I can manipulate it. When I retrieve the information on the CD it tells me that its READ ONLY. I have try saving this database on a CD-RW so that I can be able to manipulate it. Please Help!!!!

I never recommend using a database that is on any kind of CD, as the problem with read only will exist. However, if you have a program like DLA that allows access to your CD drive, it is possible. DLA is a program offered by the now "out of business" Stomp Record Now program. The company called "Sonic" that offers the CD writing software that comes on newer Dell PC's has the program here.
