Single Frames?

Does anyone know if Dell Media experience will allow you to advance through a DVD one frame at a time (as you can on any DVD player).  I'm a filmmaker and often need to analyze sequences this way.  Does anyone out there know of a computer DVD player with that feature?  Thanks!

PowerDVD itself lets you advance and rewind by single frames.  But I that feature is not present through the DME front end, since it doesn't fall into the Quick & Easy framework.

DME = Dell Media Experience
