Uninstall Macfee using KILL MCAFEE TOOL MCPR.EXE. It will help you in stopping purchase notification of McAfee. Hope it will be useful for you.

Downloaded latest MCPR tool from McAfee website and ran it then restarted desktop. McAfee pop that appeared this morning was removed from the monitor. Hopefully this resolves this annoying popup.
