System Says Processor and Memory(RAM) not available

I was reinstalling McAfee software on my wife's Dell 530 Inspiron desktop when I got an error message.  According to the McAfee people, the software will not install because the Control Panel>System and Maintenance>System says that the Processor is not available and Memory(RAM) is not available.  Interestingly enough, the software has been installed and was working on the computer this morning.

Appreciate your help

If there were no processor or RAM, the PC would not work period and would not load Windows.  It's a McAfee error.

This morning I tried system restore moving the point back 5 days.  It was successful.  Now I will try to reinstall McAfee and if it happens again, it will be strongly suggestive that McAfee is involved.

Thanks

This is not a McAfee software issue, this is because of your Windows Management Instrumentation service are disabled. Go to your system services list and start this service. If still you dont get these information then some dell security is hiding these properties.

You have malware that prevents the windows installer service and your antivirus from working.
