TactX keyboard and mouse
Hello everyone,
this might be a stupid question but i really dont know what to do.
So the story is: today i bought tactX mouse and keyboard, when i came home i unpack it, plug in, put the cd inside my cd-rom, instal software as "mouse and keyboard" and then restart my computer.
When i looked what have been instaled its just alienware tactX keyboard CI, and when i open that, there is just how to set my profile include only macro.
I cant set my backlight and dont even have menu for mouse at all.
What am i doin wrong?

I have win 7 ultimate 64bit, tried to reinstal but nothin changed, when i open the program its just set up for profile and macro hot keys thats all. So what shall i do, buy a alienware com becouse ur products work only for them? =(

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
I cannot say if this keyboard and mouse will work with any other system other than an alienware. You should uninstall this keyboard and mouse and reinstall the original ones that came with the system.
