taskbar help

:emotion-5:My name is TELE for short . I have a problem with my taskbar. When i put my pointer on it an dthe doulbe arrows come up , i try to make it smaller buttaskbar won't move. Can anyone help me with this please.?

Hard to read font, please don't write like that. How big is it? There is a minimum size. Assuming on Windows 7.
However you may get it smaller by using smaller icons. Go to start, right click on the blue blank space (or whatever colour you have selected). then go to properties, select taskbar then select use small icons.
