The DMX Deluxe CD Issue

Question

What is the secret to getting the DMX 3.0 Deluxe CD (U8032)? I have tried to get it from Dell but they keep sending me the disc with DMS 2.1 Basic (H8516). Has anyone ever successfully got the disc sent to them? Patrick

I have also been unable to get th ecorrect CD.  I ordered Sonic DM deluxe and they keep sending the plus version.  Dell does not seem to understand or care.  Any way to get the correct software?

G8592 Dell Media Experience 3.0 Basic
U8032 Dell Media Experience 3.0 Deluxe
FC097 Cyberlink PowerDVD 5.5
W7010 Sonic MyDVD 5.3 & Record Now 7.3 Deluxe

from Dell.

I'm in the Middle East and it's impossable to get suppoet or help here from Dell.

i've also tried everything and since i'm not located in the US...i can't get much help from DELL.

I didn't get any disc from dell when I got my e1505, and after two packages from dell, I still missing the following:

Dell Media Experience 3.0 Basic (G8592)
Dell Media Experience 3.0 Deluxe (U8032)

Anyway I can get these?
