If you uninstall a program and the left over files will not delete because they are still in use, restart the PC and then you should be able to delete them.
Another option is to download the free version of Revo Uninstaller HERE Use Revo to uninstall programs as it will also delete left over files and even left over registry entries.
actually i have used datacard of airtel (manufactured by micromax), now after uninstalling it i am unable to delete the program files infect i have deleted all the micromax modems. and now i doesn't have the same datacard along with me to reinsatll and uninstall with revo.

Thanks Fireberd,The Revo Unistaller program is excellent. My PC was causing me serious problems and I knew it was 1 of 3 programs causing the problem. Windows Unistaller wasnt working. I used Revo and my PC is working again.

Tom, the Revo Uninstaller does work well. I use it myself and have considered buying the full version and supporting them but I don't need all the extras the full version has.

Have you tried deleting those files while in Safemode? By doing that, perhaps the programs using them will not be running.
