Unable to Install Dell Support Center on Dell XPS 15z
I uninstalled dell support center because it kept saying that there was bad sectors on my seagate hard disk drive or my system drive after i upddated my seagate to a new firmware. i thought that could fix the problem and then i downloade dell support center from dell's website. when i launch the installer it says: searching for updates.. and then it will say "no updates available" and then closes the window. i realized it did not install dell support center. what shall i do??

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Did you download Dell Support Center 3.0 from the link below? Did you run the diagnostics on the hard drive? Click the link below also to run the diagnostics on your systems harddrive.

You may need to refer to the manual cleanup procedures located at the following link...
