DSO 1.2 includes the CAPICOM API’s required and will install these as part of the upgrade. You can go to www.dell.com\datasafe and download the latest version of DSO (v 1.2).

I hate to say this but this problem has recurred and I have forgot how I got it fixed last time so could someone kindly help me out again.
