Yes you can just go to the other computer and setup outlook using the same pop-server and smtp-server information as well as inputting your username and email address and password into the proper places. The email will only download to the outlook you have open unless there is an option to keep messages on the server.If this is done you can open outlook and the same email messages will download to that outlook as well.
I hope I explained this ok. I do it on my home system but, I have outlook on one setup and outlook express on the other and works fine.
