Vostro 3460 fingerprint reader

Hello,

I cannot use fingerpring reader. I have installed proper drivers from dell side. Validity sensor is visible in the system, I have installed dedicated software Fingerprint Reader Suite Software which is not able to find any biometric device. I went through many forums, but either suggested links are expired or they refer to win x86- I have x64. I'll appreciate your help
