XPS M1530 Media Control Keys not working
My Xps M1530 Media Control keys has stopped working. Running Windows 7 and I changed the Power/ media control cover, but still not working. My remote control is working. Any suggestions?

I am not much of a computer wizard, but do mean the Windows 7 installing CD ?

Not so sure what you are saying?
The PC came with Vista 64, but I upgraded to Windows 7 64
So it will not help with my service tag. Also when I do a search on Dell for Quickset software, nothing comes up that makes sens to me???? As I wrote I am not a computer wizard.
I do have my Windows 7 CD that I can re-install?
