Assistance

Good day,

My projector has been working perfectly all the years, but recently when i wanted to use it, it didn't work. 

Normally I would connect the charger, connect the projector to my laptop and then press the start/on button. In just a little while the screen image will pop up against the wall and all is good to go.

This time I did the same, but when I pressed the "on" button and it looks like it is on (on button not flickering anymore), the "menu" button is also on and stays on no matter I do (like pressing and holding it etc.) and no image appears on the wall.

I put the projector off and on again and same issue persists.  

Please assist.
